Unplugging the Blog

You might notice something unusual about this blog. (Or not, I don’t know)
There’s like, no social media here. It’s not connected to anything, it’s not hosted by anything, and it’s all static. It is an island unto itself in the sea of the Internet. It is owned wholly by me. It has no trackers. It has an email address.
We used to have blogs like this: wholly separate, individual, and devoted to special interests. Websites that weren’t beholden to algorithms or templates. That’s the basic idea here.
I’m not saying that this is anything groundbreaking! It’s just what I wanted to make. I don’t have an active Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter account, but if you want me, you can find me here.
I’d like communication to be intentional again.
